Our Mission Statement
"Through the use of innovative designs, communities and building practices, The DCR/Phoenix Group of Companies strives to be among the best real-estate developers in the industry. We take great pride in ensuring that our performance goes beyond our customers', business partners', and employees' expectations."
Since its inception in 1988, the DCR/Phoenix Group of Companies has become Ottawa's premier land development company, developing more than 5,600 serviced lots in the National Capital region. If you are looking for new homes in ottawa, you've come to the right place.
The company's phenomenal success in land development coupled with their desire to integrate housing and streetscapes led DCR/Phoenix to branch out into home building, and in 1997 Phoenix Homes was launched.
Since that time, Phoenix Homes has built more than 4,000 homes throughout the region, quickly gaining a reputation for superior craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
Sophisticated home designs, generous use of intricate exterior trim and other high quality materials, as well as competitive pricing means homebuyers enjoy exceptional value for their money.
Phoenix Homes prides itself on being a tract builder that strives to produce exceptional homes ranging from affordable to upscale that will appeal to all ends of the housing market, in numerous locations across the city.
In addition, DCR/Phoenix's constant expansion, including commercial development projects and acquisition of a granite and hardwood company, paired with their relentless pursuit of exceptional homesites throughout Ottawa means the company fully intends to remain one of the biggest and best 'real-estate developers' in Canada's Capital.
Phoenix has had a long standing tradition of supporting the great people living in Ottawa. Building new neighbourhoods goes hand-in-hand with supporting the institutions that serve them. To that end, Phoenix has provided charitable giving since it's inception. In 2010, $25,000 was donated to the Elisabeth Bruyere Hospital. In early 2011, $250,000 was donated to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation. In the fall of 2011, $250,000 was donated to the Ottawa Heart Institute.
